As this 2 days annual events draw lots of people, please use free shuttles from City College (free) and PETCO lot ($5).

Even if you could find a parking space at the Balboa Park’s Inspiration Point, you need to pay $20 for these days (although I heard that parking could be free before 11 am).

Therefore, carpool & park at City College or PETCO park.
