www.rccl.com has cruises departing from San Diego, but they do not go to Alaska.
www.princess.com goes to Alaska, but it does not depart from San Diego.
Most Alaskan cruises depart from Seattle, Vancouver, or Alaska. Alaskan cruises are usally offered during the summer season. I wonder why :-) Reserve early to get better pricing and the room choices. Have fun.
