Job Summary:

Assist the management of the Service Department with RMA activities including material forecasting and inventory control. Support ASC (Authorized Service Center) with parts shortages and create weekly and monthly reports.

Responsibility:

·        - Issue RMA (Return Material Authorization) for customers in North and Latin America

·         -Review and supplement necessary customer service-related inquiries via ERP systems. 

·         -Monitor all customers' information and update necessary information

·         -Resolve all miscellaneous issues stemming from RMA replacement and reimbursement

·         -Process reimbursement(s) for field and process customers

·         -Prepare weekly and monthly reports for RMA and inventory management

Requirements:

·          0-3 years of experience

·          Bachelor’s degree

·          Authorized to work for any U.S. employer

·          Travel required: 10%
