Jop Type: Full-Time or Part-Time 협의 가능

Office Location: Carlsbad Village

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 9am-5pm (30 Minutes unpaid lunch break)

Pay: 시간 당 $25 (일정기간의 수습기간을 거친 후 연봉 협상)

상세사항:

Payroll, AR, AP, Bank Rec. 등 일반적인 스토어 어카운팅 업무를 담당합니다.

영어/한국어 이중언어를 구사가 필요하며, 미국에서 문제없이 일하실 수 있는 신분이셔야 합니다.

Requirements:

 Preferred 1-3 years of experience in accounting field.

 Experience in QuickBooks system

 Preferred proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word in particular)

 Fluency in English and Korean preferred

Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and manage AR/AP transactions and bank reconciliation.

 Payroll and vendor payments

 Manage administrative tasks related to the accounting team.

 Perform other related duties including ad hoc reporting and projects as assigned by supervisor.
