A growing Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Company, PARMI USA, INC. is looking for administrative assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are located at 9853 Pacific Heights Blvd., STE N, San Diego, CA, 92121.
· Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet visitors.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Arrange delivery and shipments of machine and parts.
Manage office stationery and IT equipment.
Expense reimbursement Management
Inventory management
· Requirements and skills
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
College degree: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
This is a full time position that requires 8 hours of onsite office work during working hours (8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm).
