We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant for our organization. An excellent candidate will prepare financial reports to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory
• Perform the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Conduct monthly closing procedures and Cash reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Assist with the year-end audit process
• General administrative tasks and communication with outside vendors

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Extensive experience with QuickBooks and MS Office programs
• Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation
• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data
• Bilingual English/Korean - Professional fluency in reading, writing, and speaking in both Korean and English.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
