Description

Job Title:Receptionist/Office Assistant

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 3:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Status: Non-Exempt (Contract), Part Time

Report to: Facilities Director

 

Responsibility:

  • Greet and direct visitors and answer phone, screen incoming calls and redirect requests
  • Purchase and manage office and common area supplies
  • Handle monthly/quarterly recurring charges, and other payment process as needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail/ packages
  • Receive and process deliveries
  • Maintain the common areas such as the lobby and kitchen, and brew coffee
  • Update bulletin boards and calendars as needed
  • Be aware of any upcoming special events within the company and order goods accordingly
  • Ensure office compliance with current COVID-19 protocols
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn and adopt new processes
  • Authorized to work for any U.S. employer (This role does not provide visa sponsorship)

Preferred:

  • 0-1 year of Administrative experience is preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
