SEA JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator II
GLOBAL JOB TITLE: S3-II; LG 14 Non-EXEMPT
LABOR GRADE: Associate-II (S3-II)
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: VP of Sales
LOCATION: Houston, TX
SUMMARY: This is a full time position that coordinates all sales and marketing activities from pre-marketing through closing of sale
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
1. Sales
· Validate potential projects, coordinate internal review
· Assist senior sales managers in developing strategy to win projects
· Coordinate responses for prequalification and proposals to clients
· Create all sales/marketing presentation material
· Process sales orders through the SAP business system
· Assist sales management with formulation of sales strategies and yearly budget
· Maintain all documents related to sales including but not limited to approvals, proposals, qualifications, surveys and contract documents
2. Marketing
· Gather early project information, industry news, market intelligence for clients and competitors
· Assist in formulating marketing strategy and developing a business model for SEA Sales/MKT
· Develop and update project long list and short list
· Manage sales and marketing activities log
· Assist in conducting ad-hoc market study
· Attend seminars and conferences to monitor market trends and intelligence
· Facilitate all communications between SEA Sales team and HQ Marketing team including translation and transferring documents
3. Reports both routine and ad hoc
· Weekly sales and marketing reports
· Monthly Marketing Hub & Spoke Report
· Quarterly Performance and Plan Reports
· Annual Performance and Plan Reports
· Ad hoc reports for corporate marketing division and various project teams
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
· Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
· High analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
· Must be proficient in a variety of computer software applications including but not limited to the following :
o MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
o SAP
· Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
· College degree preferred with emphasis in marketing.
· Fluent Korean language skills preferred.
· Effective time management skills.

NORMAL WORKING HOURS:
9/80 work schedule Monday through Friday. Off every other Friday. Flexible work days beginning between 7:00 am and 8:30 am; ending between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm. One hour meal breaks.
