성장하는 레스토랑 그룹 블루오션/하루마마 Headquarter에서 풀타임 포지션의 Office Admin Assistant를 모집합니다. 영어/한국어 이중언어 구사가 필요하며 (한국어 읽기/쓰기 포함), 미국에서 일하실수 있는 신분이셔야 합니다.
Office Location: Carlsbad Village
Days: Monday-Friday (2 days WFH)
Hours: 9am-5pm
Starting Pay: Salary $50,000

The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the CEO and General Manager and helps manage the various restaurants in the group.
- General liaison for our CEO and GM to translate/handle daily requests and queries
- Responds to emails, calls, and other correspondence from vendors and all location store managers
- Organize deadline and renewal dates for important documents
- Provide general help for employees, delivery drivers, and other visitors that may need assistance
- Understanding of corporate structure and necessary documents required in opening up future new enterprise
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Coordinates travel arrangements, including domestic and international, for CEO & GM
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Preferred proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word in particular)
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Time and management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. High School Degree
