LG DISPLAY USA  –  Part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist

 

Job Title:              Office Assistant/Receptionist
Location:              2791 Loker Ave. W., Carlsbad, CA 92010
Working hours:    Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (1-hour lunch break)
Status:                  Non-Exempt (Contingent)
Report to:             Facilities Director

 

 

Responsibility

 

·     - Greet and direct visitors and answer incoming phone calls 

 

·     - Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

 

·     - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

 

·     - Purchase and manage office and common area supplies

 

·     - Perform accounting procedures to pay office operating expenses

 

·     - Ensure office compliance with current Covid-19 protocols

 

·     - Other office assistant duties
 

 

Requirements

- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills

- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn and adopt new processes

- Authorized to work in the US

 

Preferred

 

·      - 1~2 years of administrative position experience 

 

·      - Bilingual in Korean and English
