30년 이상!! 5 Location Branch 를 가지고 있는 저희 회사에서 Full Time 으로 일해주실 분을 모십니다!! 

Job Responsibilities:

- Provides Financial information to management

- Preparing documents to billing Invoices

- Communicate with customer and vendors

- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information

- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations

Qualification:

- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

- Well-organized, Detail oriented, Ability to multitask and Responsible

- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Quickbooks

- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

- Legally eligible work in US 

Compensation/Benefits:

- Full Time Mon-Fri 8:00 am-5:00 pm

- Compensation will depend on experience

- Paid Vacation/Holidays/Sick

- Performance will be rewarded
