We are looking for a motivated individual that strives in an innovative and fast-paced startup environment. ABOUT THE ROLE: ORANGEMONKIE is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated intern. Ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Sheets. We’re looking for a candidate who is interested in working in a start-up environment and expanding their knowledge in the E-commerce field. It would be a plus if this individual also has interest in social media marketing, photography, design, and videography. • * This position is not a remote work position WHAT YOU’LL DO: · Handle customer inquiries and assist customers from various sales channels. (Brand Shop, Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, Etsy, etc) · Provide information about our products and services. · Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns. · Document and update customer records based on interactions. · Assisting with general site upkeep, data entry, and other miscellaneous tasks. · Assisting with market research and crowdfunding research. · Assisting with packing orders.
