POKI ONE N HALF에서 QUALITY ASSRUANCE MANAGER 구인합니다.

SD / OC County에 위치한 매장들의 품질관리와 식품안전 관리를 전반적으로 책임져 주실 Food Quality & Safety Manager 구합니다. 매장에서 주로 다루고 관리하여 손님에게 제공되는 식품이 fresh seafood임을 고려해 스시 셰프 경력 있으신 분 우대합니다. 

RESPONBILITIES:

·        - Continuous monitoring of food quality, recipes, internal system, food safety protocols, and workplace/personal hygiene

·        - Restaurant support visits and operations meetings

·        -  Manage Vendors and Suppliers

·        - Train and educate staff on food quality, recipes, internal system, food safety protocols, and workplace/personal hygiene

·        - Partner with Operations to ensure compliance with all applicable public health/safety laws
