집주인분은 ESL 선생님 오래 하신 미국인 여성 분 이시구요. 그동한 학생들 룸메들과 함께 많이 계셨어서 룸메분들 편안히 안전히 계실 수 있는 환경으로 관리 잘 해주십니다. 깨끗하고 조용하신 좋은 분 입니다. 

방 1은 12x12 sq. ft., 방 2는 12x9 sq. ft. 입니다. 가구완비이며 유틸 포함 입니다. 지도에서처럼 편리한 입지에 있고, 버스정류장 식료품 가게 등등이 가까이에 있습니다.

Want to feel safe in a comfortable environment? I have had female international students live at my house for 12 years. I was an ESL teacher at one of the universities here in San Diego and know how to make students feel comfortable. I have had the vaccine, so this home is safe and Covid free. 

I have two rooms available from March 1st. The rent for the room includes a fully furnished bedroom, wireless internet, cable TV, laundry , shared bathroom and shared kitchen.  

This 2 story condo in Clairemont is one minute from the 41 bus stop, 20 mins to UCSD and 10 mins to Fashion Valley/Old Town. The complex has a pool, Jacuzzi and free parking.
