I am looking for someone to take over my room in mid-January (master bedroom ($1010 rent + $1681 deposit)). 

The move-in date can be negotiated.

Utility: 1/3 of the total amount ($20~$30)

The lease ends November 1st, 2021. (You can renew this lease.)

I am looking for a female to take over my room. 

You would be sharing a kitchen with two female housemates (they are very kind and friendly).

Parking: One parking spot guaranteed.

Furniture: If you'd like, I can leave the furniture for free. (a queen-size bed, desk, chair, a mirror, etc).
