- New Logistics opportunity Sales Lead(50%)
-. Cultivate new logistic sales leads to establish business relations with logistics equipment(Container) distribution

- Managing and responsible for Logistics team (50%)
-. Develop department business plan and manage KPIs
-. Regularly review and analyze budgets, expenditures, Profit Analysis
-. Supervise and manage the logistics team (Hire, assign a role, evaluate ..)
-. Develop & implement and document standard procedures to improve company efficiency
-. Confer or coordinate with Company’s department or outside business line(Vendors, Manufacturer..)
-. Supervising and monitoring all logistics schedule and operation including Products distribution
-. Analyze the financial impact of logistics Procedure
-. Ensure all Logistics processes are compliant with federal or interstate laws and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree and work experience in the supply chain, transportation, logistics sales, business, or a related field as a manager, supervisor, coordinator, or relevant position 5+ year experience
- Logistics sales or business development experience
- Experience in industry procedures, costs, and terms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish/Korean bilingual
- Strong project management skills with an ability to supervise multiple projects
