I have a living room in a 1b1b to rent after July 2nd. 

The living room is spacious and even bigger than my bedroom.

It is already fully furnished with full size bed, desk, chair, lamp, standing clothes rack, a dressing mirror and so on. 

There is a folding screen to separate the living room and dining area. Washer and dryer are near my bedroom. Underground parking is available.

The location of is very convenient for public transportation. It is 100 meters away from 201/202 stop, and about 250 meters away from 30 and 150 stops. Besides, UTC transit center is one block away.

Also, it is within walking distance to UTC mall, Vons, Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, Whole foods and CVS.

Costa Verde has the best and biggest Gym in UTC (though not open due to COVID-19), and it is free to residents. Also, free swimming pool and Jacuzzi are available.

I am clean and quiet, and stay at school most of the daytime.
