I am looking for someone who will take over large master room with private bath room.

It is available minimum for spring quarter(3months) and possible to extend as long as you want to stay!

It is located in Axiom La Jolla Apartment.

You will live with 2 male guys who are student and worker and they are quite at usual.

• Move in date : between 15th~20th  March , negotiable

• Private bath room in the room with 2 sinks

• Large personal closet

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Room is not furnished

• Gym

• Swimming pool

• Plenty of parking spaces

• 5-10 mins walk to Vons, Ralphs, Whole food house, UTC

• 10mins by bus to UCSD/201,202,30,41,101

• $1200 plus utilities about 60 for each/ 600$ for sharing 

• Security deposit is for one moth
