1) SEA EXPORT (PEAK SEASON SUPPORT))
Role & Responsibilities
Peak Season Operation Support
CY operation support : Cycle counting, Inventory control
Transportation support : Load tender, Load Appt and Pick-up monitoring, daily Load track and trace report
Reporting support
Support on Daily and weekly operation monitoring report : gathering information from related parties, extract data from system
Support on making various report (Kor and Eng)
Qualification
4+ years of logistics experience
Strong MS office (Excel. Power Point and word) skills
Available to work after standard work hours and on weekends
Strong Communication skill
Bilingual (English – Korean)

Job Description
2) Dispatch-BBY
- Provide dispatch to Carrier (Empty scheduling and load pickup order)
- Dispatches complete and accurate load information at all times
- Manage carrier allocation and prepare peak season
- TMS Management: System issue handling
- Accurately manage ETA & meet load requirement
- Daily / weekly / monthly report on work activities related Shipment
- Have regular Carrier meeting and monitoring carrier performance
Qualification
'- 2 years of logistics experience (specialized in dispatch)
- Strong MS office (Excel. Power Point and word) skills
- Available to work after standard work hours and on weekends
- Strong Communication skill
- Bilingual (English- Korean)
