Looking to create a website for my personal interest.  I am seeking for someone with Experience in HTML, CBS, Jquery, or even if you can write on Perl is OK too.  If you are currently attending school and would like to complete this while attending school is OK as well.  Please feel free to contact me if you are competent in creating a website.
