Franklin Wireless (wwwfranklinwireless.com) located in San Diego is looking for someone to handle our business development functions and the duties are broken down as follows:

a) Business Development -- responsible for managing ODM/ OEM relationships with vendors and that the ownership of the product development project
Example -- spearheading embedded router development project with a vendor in Taiwan, china etc..

b) Product portfolio strategy and development -- responsible for identifying technology trends in the Data and wireless industry to develop product portfolio strategy and Product road map.
Example -- responsible for managing development of Mobile internet devices

c) Vendor Relations --responsible to maintain good Supplier relationships with the organizations that supply the goods and services to Franklin. The goal is to streamline and make more effective the processes between Franklin and its suppliers resulting in the ability to obtain cost reductions in the manufacturing of our products

d) New Technologies -- responsible for finding new technologies that Franklin can utilize to expand our product lines or develop new cost effective products based upon that technology will benefit Franklin

This person should have a degree, technical background or understanding of the technology we are in, be able to negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best price,
Bi lingual -- (Korean / English) preferred as this person will be dealing with our operations in Korea our vendors in China and Taiwan along with those in the U.S. person must have a good command of the English language both written and verbal
