방 하나 + 화장실 하나를 쓰시게 되며, 거실과 부엌은 저와 쉐어입니다.
washer과 dryer있으며, UCSD 셔틀스탑 + Vons까지 걸어서 15분 거리입니다.

I am moving into a newly leased place on 1st of January, 2017. I am looking for a clean, organized individual to move in with me. The place is near UCSD, 15 minute walks to UCSD shuttle stop which is by Vons. The unit is on the second floor, so there is no upstair noise, and is in a quiet area. There is a walking park literally across the street from our door.
You will have one assigned parking spot, and the landlord pays for the water + trash so we only need to pay for electricity + internet.
You will be living with me, a clean, organized, young working professional. I have graduated UCSD back in late 2014. I do not smoke, and I seldom drink, maybe a glass of wine time to time.
Single will be $1,000 and can be doubled as $1100
