$700 Included utilities, gas, water, WIFI, private parking lot and guess parking lot, and apartment service types such as, 2 swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzi tube, 2 gym, study room, billiards room, party room, and sauna inside the gym for resident who live here. In the apartment areas have supermarket, hair salon, wine bar, café shop, and massage store. Our Promenade apartment located to trolley station which is name, Rio Vista station and next to Mission Valley mall ( one station from here), and Fashion Valley mall ( three station from our apartment.
- Our house have central heating and air, carpet, dishwasher, elevator, wireless internet, laundry (W/D), phone jack, and two bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, laundry room, and store room.
- We Provided Own bed, private closet, private study desk, fully stock of kitchen, living room.
- We are international students, we live like a family, we like to clean our house, helping each others, rarely overnight guess, rarely party habits.
Our house two males ( one of them he is my brother, 28 years old, he comes from Thailand, and a 21 years old Japanese boy. Other master room we have one Korean girl, she is 21 years old.
