Job Function:

· Able to install and configure Laptops, PC’s and Desktops, Printers and peripherals

· Troubleshooting PC software and hardware

· Experience with LAN and Cabling

Qualification:

· Computer skills must include: Microsoft office suite

· 3-5 years of experience working in help desk area and/or with related education/training

· Prefer BS/BA degree but not mandatory
