E commerce Team Assistant

Franklin Wireless (www.franklinwireless.com) is seeking an E commerce Team Assistant,

You will be responsible for:

a)      Customer Support (Amazon.com, eBay.com, Iloome.com, Social medias etc. along with Q& A and RMA)

b)      Fulfillment (order processing, S&H)

c)      Internet Marketing  (Reviewer marketing, Email marketing, Affiliate marketing, Drop shipping marketing etc., )

d)     Inventory Control (QTY update, daily reports, physical inventory counts)

e)      Copywriting: writing effective and creative press releases, content and info pages, blog posts, web site & product content etc., plus utilizing online marketing & SEO techniques

f)       Assist Ecommerce team daily working

g)      Other duties as may be assigned that will assist other areas as needed

You need to have the knack to know how to market and sell items on the internet which in turn supports our on line sales group.

Bi lingual – (Korean / English) required and the person must have a good command of the English language both written and verbal
