Dove Canyon Golf Club is currently looking for a qualified candidate for the following position:

-      Title: Accountant

-      Location: Dove Canyon Golf Club in Trabuco Canyon (Orange County)

-      Job Description:

o    Maintain Company’s books including managing related A/P activities

o    Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded

o    Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures

o    Research vendor statements, phone calls, and discrepancies

o    Maintain accounts payable files

o    Assist a controller in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements

-      Job Requirement:

o    2+ years’ experience in Accounting

o    Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred

o    MS Excel proficiency

o    QuickBooks experience is preferred

o    Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
