Looking for a SINGLE room - 방구합니다 -

I am a SDSU Student (21yo) currently studying abroad and I will be back for next semester from January 2017. I like to keep my room and common areas clean and looking for the same. I will be a full time student with a part time job so I won't be home much.

I would like to have my room furnished and my budget is flexible.
