Real Estate Assistant (No experience necessary) $15/hr

We're looking for a real estate assistant at a brokerage firm in Kearny Mesa. No experience necessary. We are taking applications now!

Requirements:

- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH 

- Strong email communication

- M~F 9am - 2pm 

Preferred but not required:

-Korean fluency

-Web search skills

-Familiar with real estate terms/process

-Microsoft Outlook, some Excel and Word

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Assist in sales of residential/commercial properties

-Facilitate in communicating with escrow companies, lenders, and other parties to ensure timely closing

-Draft agreements and other legal documents

-Research market for available listings

Salary Rate: $15/hr
