서블렛 들어오실분 구합니다 UTC

3 bd 2ba apartment unit, This is a singleroom unit with a shared bathroom with other single room occupants. There is no one living in the livingroom. 

This unit has its own washer and dryer and plenty of parking spaces.

This complex is near UTC mall, and 5 minutes away from UCSD. 

I have queen size bed and two desks and walk-in closet inside of the room.

We have fastest internet 300mb. The utility is normally around $50 per month.

This is new apartment with thick walls. Other people living here all work, so most of the times, the entire apartment will be empty. 

The sublet period is from Jun22 - Sep 1.  

The rent is going to be $720 + utility with $300 deposit.

안녕하세요 라호야 크로스로드 3배드 2배쓰 아파트에서 서블렛을 구합니다

기간은 6월22일 ~ 9월1일까지이구요

랜트는 매달 $720 + 유틸입니다 (유틸은 보통 $50정도) 인터넷은 가장빠른 인터넷 300메가 스피드 이구요.  파킹할곳은 자리가 많이 있고 지정자리도 있습니다.

방에는 책상2개, 침대 조그만 냉장고에  워크인 클라짓도 있구요 

워셔 드라이어 다있구요  지은지 오래안된 아파트여서 깨끗하고 소음도 별로 없습니다.

싱글룸에 쉐어 배쓰룸이구요 쉐어는 다른싱글룸에 사는 한사람과만 쉐어하면 되구요.
