Location: San Diego, CA
Job Responsibilities:
1. Consumer claims
· - - Speak with consumers regarding their complaint
· - - Daily management of Open cases on a claim database
· - - Prepare presentations / reports of claim findings
· - - Process correspondence with consumer and coordinate shipment of the product
· - - Cooperate with legal and engineering teams to drive testing completion and claim analysis.
2. Respond to BBB and CSPC Complaints & Claims within allotted time frame
3.Partner with LG’s other customer service departments in the processing and handling of consumer issues
4. Other miscellaneous admin duties as needed

Qualifications:
· - - Good personality with interpersonal phone skills
· - - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- - Ability to understand documents such as safety rules, policy and procedure manuals.
- - Ability to write business reports and correspondence
- - Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent required (4 year degree preferred)
- - 3 to 5 years experience in related areas
- Native level English speaker
