Looking for 1 female house mate that can take a room 7/17/2018.
Place is not furnished.

option:
1) single bedroom with shared bathroom * Due to living room person*
( this bathroom I will be taking care that it is clean each week)
and this person will have a parking spot and all utilities covered for $1050 a month.
To secure place $500 to cover rest of the month + $100 one time clean and restoration of apartment fee.
To move in is $600 and please send check or transfer ( we can discuss this via phone).Once this is completed the room is set for you to move in.Then after July --> August 1 and every 1st rent is due.

-private bathroom
