UTC/UCSD 근처 마스터룸 서블렛합니다
안녕하세요?
저는 UCSD 대학원을 다니고 있는 대학원생입니다.
이번 여름에 한국을 들어가게 되어 방을 서블렛 놓기를 희망하고 있습니다.
지리적 위치는 UTC몰 (Macy's옆)에 위치하고 있으면 52번 805번 프리웨이와도 근접하여 위치하고 있습니다. UCSD까지는 10분정도가 소요 됩니다.
아파트는 투 마스터룸 아파트 구조로 되어있으며 남자 룸메이트가 한 명 있습니다
룸메이트도 UCSD 대학원생으로 지내시기 불편하지 않은 스타일입니다
조용하고 무던한 성격을 가지고 있습니다.
개인 화장실이 따로 있습니다.
그리고 방에는 침대, 빌트인 클라짓 2개, 분리된 큰 화장대1개와 거울, 침대 옆 나이트 스탠드, 책상, 의자, 블루투스 스피커 등이 있습니다.
아파트 단지 내에는 헬스장과 수영장, 바베큐장이 구비되어 있습니다.
가격은 800불 정도를 생각하고 있습니다.

I am subleasing my apartment room for about 2 and a half months.(From mid-June to the end of August)
My apartment is located near UTC and UCSD, called westwood apartment.
It is a two master room apartment. Me and my roommate are using separate rooms.
One male roommate who is in a phd program in UCSD very quiet and nice.
There is a private bathroom
Bed, two built-in closets, big dressing stand with a mirror, night stand, desk and chair are furnished
Built-in laundry machine
Apartment has swimming pool, small gym and barbecue grill
Double or single both are fine
