Job Title - Entry level Accountant (Logistics Team)

Location:  San Diego, CA

JOB Description

• Clear BL to get approval
• Get approval the AR data by customer
• Send to F-invoice & Tax invoice to Customer
• Receive the Tax invoice by LSP
• PL Estimate with closing the end of month
• Rolling Plan once a month
• Send to documents to customer by the post mail
• AP list for pay to LSP
• Weekly report for SD branch & HQ
• Meeting with customer & LSP & shipping company
• Calculation the logistics cost by BL

Qualification

• Proficient Excel
• Basic PC experience with typing
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient English
• Positive attitude
• Proficient plan work schedule
• Good relationship with co-workers
• Good relationship with client
• Strong responsibility
•Bilingual (Korean)
