E-commerce Manager
This person is responsible to take over and build our iloome (www.Iloome.com) product line to ensure the increase of sales of iloome’s products in the USA.

- Sales & Marketing – Continuously develop strategic planning / market evaluation and identify opportunities to drive the iloome sales process that will positively impact and increase sales and market share.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices and sales and its impact on iloome and provide solutions.
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making.
- Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
- Responsible for compiling and generating reports of customer feedback.
- Work with design team to develop and maintain intuitive, user-friendly and technically efficient web pages for iloome e-commerce.
- Work with accounting team to reconcile, sales, RMA, shipping cost, inventory, etc.
- Purchase sellable product under iloome brand
Qualifications:
- This person has a good understanding of e-commerce and how it affects the company’s bottom line, college degree preferable with a background in business. Knowledge of the usual computer software, and have good communication skills.
