제가 3년 넘게 살았던 미국인 집에서 룸메이트 구하는 내용을 올려달라고 부탁을 받아, SD사람인닷컴에 올립니다. 마음씨 좋은 미국인 부부와 다른 룸메이트들이 같이 살고 있습니다.

Monthly rent is $450 (includes utilities) and deposit is $450 (cash)

We have ONE available furnished room in a house. You'll have access to the kitchen, washer/dryer, internet access and easy parking. Great location to the groceries, dining, department stores and park. Approximately 10-15 minutes drive to UCSD, SDSU, Downtown or Mission/Fashion Valley. The bus 27 is near by.

We seek ONE single, clean, mature, and employed roommate (21+ years old) which can stay more than 6 months (preferably over 1 year). NO PETS, SMOKING, or DRUGS allowed. We currently have friendly roommates in their 30's. Great for students.
