이번에 이사를 가게되었는데 계약한 날과 이사를 원하는날이 1달정도
차이가 나서 직접 sdsaram에 글을 올립니다.
**먼저 저희가 이사를 원하는 날짜는 6월마지막주 부터 7월초 입니다.
이기간이 확실하신분만 봐주셨으면 합니다. 또 1년 이상계약만 가능합니다.
집안에 세탁기/드라이어/냉장고/전자레인지/식기세척기 모두 있습니다.
렌트비에 물값이 포함됩니다.남향이라 햇빛 잘들구요.
3층중에 2층입니다.
집을 보길원하시면 제쪽에 연락하셔서 언제든지 보실 수는 있어요.
그런데 날짜와 조건등등이 맞으시다는 전제하에 보시길 바랍니다.
부담없이 보시고 이집이 마음에 드시면 집주인 연락처를 드리고 집주인과 계약하시면 됩니다.
사는동안 집주인이 월세를 올린게
100불이 안됩니다. (1년에 100불넘게 올리는 집들도 많이 봤어요..)
집에 불편한점이 있으면 연락하면 와서 바로 고쳐주시고. (샌디에고에 살아요~)
