All of the items are 
used for less than 8 months. They are in very good condition! If you would like 
to check the condition of the items please let me know through text messages or 
email. Items highlighted with yellow color indicate that you can pick up as 
early as you would like to purchase. Unfortunately, the other items are available 
to pick up from May 21st. If you would like to hold furniture or an item until 
21^st, you can do so by putting down small deposit when you come to 
check out the condition. Furthermore, Price is negotiable if you could purchase 
many items together. Also, if you would like to see more pictures of the items 
please don’t hesitate to let me know.
