물류를 담당할 (logistics specialist) 인재를 다음과 같이 찾고 있습니다.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day to day handling of the company’s international and domestic inbound and outbound shipments.
• Frequent interaction with internal and external customers as necessary to meet shipment deadlines.
• Customer delivery reporting duties
• Request, receive and analyze reports and data received from 3PL vendor(s)
• Track, trace and analyze outbound and inbound shipments.
• Conduct analysis and provide statistical information on the tracking of product shipment.
• Perform all data reconciliation with proprietary systems
• Prepare statistical data for contract negotiations and participate in negotiations.
• Provide reports to management including delivery status, inventory, distribution and freight.
• Maintain relationship between vendor(s) and company.
• Assist in the logistics system process to insure problem resolution, efficiency, and improved distribution.
• Assist with compliance matters along with all safety & environmental regulations including state, federal and company policies.
• Participate in other special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of experience required.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to our manufacturing plant in Tijuana, MX as needed, as well as work overtime.

Preferred: 

• Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
• Transportation background and/or trailer knowledge.
