Trinion, Inc is headquarted in San Diego, California with operations in Mexico and Korea. Its core business is in logistics and sales of logistics equipment in North America. ■ Position: Accounting Staff
■ Form of Employment: Part-time
■ Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing journal entry and financial statements
• Assisting and maintaining the company’s AP/AR and account/bank reconciliation
• Maintaining office files, account records and a variety of other records
• Forecasting and budget preparations
• Assisting tax preparations
■ Qualifications and Skills:
• Self-motivated, diligent and hardworking
• Teamwork valuing quality service, integrity, and accountability
• Good organization skill
• Attention to detail
• Professional individual who can build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues
• Proficient with Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Comfortable working with computers for long periods of time
• Ability to multi-task under time constraint
• High school graduate/ college degree preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in U.S.
