Responsibilities:
- Balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
- Month end close and assistance with financial statement preparation
- Inventory reconciliations and journal entries
- Fixed assets
- Process in-house semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Supervision and backup for Accounts Payable
- Implementation of internal controls & process improvements
- Assistance with audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- 1+ years progressive accounting experience
- Strong reconciliations skills
- Solid Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines
