Accounting/Admin Assistant
We are a laundry vendor for the hospitality industry located in Barrio Logan, San Diego. We are located between Downtown San Diego and National City.
Currently, we are working on a special project and all receipts and invoices must be recorded into Microsoft Excel. This work will require data entry for the time being.
Bookkeeper duties include but are not limited to:
-Answer to emails and telephone calls from Hotels
-Manage account payables
-Provide owner with monthly financials and reports
-Basic Administrative Duties (copy, fax, scan, file, etc.)
-Ability to take on any special projects
Requirements:
-English fluency is a must
-Intermediate Spanish/ Korean will be preferred
-Must have prior experience working with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly detailed and organized
-Independent, professional, and flexible
Start date is May 1
Hours:
We are flexible and open to scheduling. Part time position available.
