Job Description:
• Install and maintain laptops, PCs/desktops, printers, peripherals, etc.
• Trouble-shoot PC Software and Hardware
• Set personal network IPs and wireless connection
• Support user demands
Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or related majors (not mandatory)
• Experience in IT Help Desk for PC, Server, Printer, Network, etc.
• Knowledge in LAN, Wireless, IP, etc.
• Computer Literacy: MS Office
• Bilingual (English/Korean) is a PLUS
