Job Description:
· Ensures accurate pick-up and delivery times are met
· Verify availability of equipment /check inventory status
· Organize transportation by utilizing available drivers and scheduling best times to create best customer service at lowest cost to company
· System data entry / update
· Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
· Escalate customer issues to management as needed
· Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
· AR/AP billing
Qualifications:
· Associate degree or above required
· Strong MS office (Excel, Power Point and Word) skills must
· Strong communication skill
· Some logistic experience needed
· Attention to detail & accuracy
· Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
· Sense of urgency & ability to understand customer requirements
