Job Description


Position: Administrative Assistant (FQM Assistant)

Location: San Diego, CA

Status: non-exempt


Duties and Responsibility:


FQM (Field Quality Management) Department


  • Field Quality Monitoring
  • Field Quality Data / Issue Analysis
  • Customer Support on Field Quality Issue
  • Customer Satisfaction Index Management (Survey, interview, etc)
  • Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures


Requirements:


  • B.S or B.A degree or equivalent experience
  • Service & Support experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual (Korean and English) required
  • Strong computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Team player, good attitude, energetic
  • Must be able to travel internationally without restriction.

Job Description


Position: Field Application Engineer

Location: San Jose, CA

Status: exempt




  • Communicate with customer and HQ in Korea for engineering & mass production quality issues in development
  • Understand the needs of the customer from a technical aspect
  • Receive qualification approval from customer for mass produce on time
  • Follow up with customer/HQ if the requests are feasible and meets the schedule
  • Monitor to make sure all customer requested samples are delivered at the promised time
  • Conduct regular technical meeting
  • Coordinate RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) request for all defective parts within warranty period
  • Control and manage customer line defect return rate
  • Verify field failure and collect Failure Analysis Report from HQ to provide for the customer
  • Identify quality issues and solve problems
  • Conduct regular quality meeting with customers
  • Comply with company’s policy and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:


  • 5+ years of field application engineer and customer service engineer experiences in LCD industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus
  • Knowledge of Display / Semiconductor is a plus
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
  • Problem solving ability, LCD technologies and statistical knowledge needed
  • Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
  • Team player, good attitude, energetic

Reporting to: Engineering Director

Location: San Jose, CA

Status: Non-exempt


Responsibilities:



  • Communicate with customers and HQ in Korea for Mass Production quality issues
  • RMA request for all defective parts within warranty period
  • Control and manage customer line defect return rate
  • Verify field failure and collect Failure Analysis Report from HQ to provide for the customer
  • Conduct regular quality meeting with customers
  • Identify quality problems, create solutions, and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
  • Maintain quality tracking record and documenting it
  • Supplier relationships and understand LCD technology as well as complex products and commodities
  • Comply with the Company’s policy and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering preferred
  • 2 years+ related experience or equivalent in qualification or customer service
  • RMA related experience is plus
  • Strong analytical data driven analysis, planning and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description


Position: Sales Assistant

Location: San Jose, CA

Status: non-exempt


Duties:



  • Assist the engineering team with new projects’ sample shipments
  • Communicate with the headquarter to fulfill customer’s requests and provide solution
  • Establish logistics set-ups (delivery routes, W/H & forwarder control) for all assigned models
  • Maintain accurate records of sales history in various forms
  • Manage month-end closing procedures and ensure to reach the sales goal
  • Process purchase orders and control the delivery routes for all factory released shipments
  • Report the daily/weekly/monthly sales recap to the management
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Bilingual (Korean and English) required, (Chinese is a plus)
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or Marketing
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Logistics or IT related company work experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
  • Strong organization, time-management, multi-tasking skills
  • Team-oriented mind, professional attitude, and positive energy
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
