-Intervention Specialist for the Grossmont Union High School District hired to work with 11 high schools to improve AP, CAHSEE, and STAR test scores in San Diego

-Vice Principal at El Cajon Valley High School

-Now I have accepted a Vice Principal job at Del Dios Middle School  for the 2013-2014 school year

Most of my friends are school Vice Principals and Principals in San Diego County as I went back to work full-time after taking time off to be with my kids.  My next step is to become a middle/high school principal and then to the district as the superintendent.  

If you would be like help preparing you and your child for success in middle school and high school, I can work with you in answering questions and setting up a success plan. I have great books published by the California Education Department to provide you, ones that I provide students and parents at my own school. 

$150 hour with minimum 2 sessions or 2 hours

I can work with all children and adults in your family as I have taught elementary all the way up to graduate school. I can help you prepare the perfect personal statement.

My Name is Hee-Jin and I was born in Seoul in 1973 but moved to the US when I was 3 and earned my BA at UCLA and a Master's in Education. I realized there are no Koreans in middle school and high school administration (Vice Principals or Principals or District Leaders), and entered school leadership after teaching full-time for 11 years.
