Qualified California customers MAY receive an incentive of $3,000 for

each eligible new Honda Civic NGV sold and delivered by an

American Honda Automobile Dealer in the State of California who is

authorized to sell the Civic NGV during the program period unless and

until funds have been exhausted, and, in any event, no later than

October 11, 2012
