Position: Field Quality Management Assistant

Location: San Diego, CA

Responsibility:

·       Monitor and analyze field quality data / issues

·       Customer Support on field quality issue

 

 

Position: Customer Care Center Assistant

 

 

Location: San Diego, CA

 

 

Responsibility:

·       Coordinate and manage RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) transactions

·       Negotiate reimbursements with customers

·       Coordinate the logistics of all LCD Services within the networks of ASC (Authorized Service Center) and customers in North and South Americas
