Most recent maintenances:
-Transmission oil flush (around october 2012)
-engine oil change every 3k miles or when my car shows it needs it (whichever comes first. Used ALWAYS full synthetic mobil one)
-Timing belt (Around when it had 90,000 miles/2 years ago)

Pros:
-Very well maintained
-Almost all stock (to keep the limits of the engine/transmission stable)
-K&N air filter (for better gas mileage)
-Modified exhaust (for the G35 coupe sound)
-Flat Black
-Clean Title
-Clean CARFAX record

Cons:
-Top dashboard cover has some cracks due to sun exposure (if you read the Acura TL forums, this is a common issue for these cars)
-Has some scratches and paint chips. Not serious though.
-Passenger side door & Back left door doesnt unlock with remote. (Might be electrical and shouldnt be expensive to fix)
