Maintained: very well maintained.

Most recent maintenances:
-Transmission oil flush (around october 2012)
-engine oil change every 3k miles or when my car shows it needs it (whichever comes first. Used ALWAYS full synthetic mobil one)
-Timing belt (Around when it had 90,000 miles/2 years ago)

Pros:
-Very well maintained
-Almost all stock (to keep the limits of the engine/transmission stable)
-K&N air filter (for better gas mileage)
-Modified exhaust (for the G35 coupe sound)
-Flat Black
-Clean Title
-Clean CARFAX record

Cons:
-Top dashboard cover has 3 cracks due to sun exposure (if you read the Acura TL forums, this is a common issue for these cars)
-Has some scratches and paint chips (You cant expect to have an excellent condition car in a used car)
-Please consider getting new tires after 3~6 months depending on how you drive.
-Please consider for an oil change (Use Full-synthetic Mobil One as it was always the one I was using)
