Policy and system management
Create, maintain and update Employee Handbook
Maintain/supervise all HR records in accordance with compliance laws and policies
Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees to reduce legal risks.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
Keep improving and updating HR system
Maintain/supervise data entry into the HRIS system (ADP, ERP, PSW)
Benefits and Compensation
Monitor market for salary trends and competitive rates/wages. Keep current on wage increase trends, participate in relevant surveys and research wage/comp as needed.
Calculate PI, PS and vision 11 incentives bonus on a timely basis
Study and improve employee’s benefit program
Participate in the development, operational planning and execution of organizational development.
Provide guidance and input on restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Assist managers in identifying means to reduce total labor costs and improve productivity.

Recruitment and Staffing
Process new hires, transfers and terminations ensuring accurate data entry in all relevant systems
Schedule and conduct all new hire orientations and ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and submitted on time
Support all people related business needs including workforce planning, recruiting, development and retention.

Payroll
Manage and guarantee semimonthly disbursement of multi-state payroll, including garnishments, benefits and taxes to employees consistent with federal and state wage and hour laws
Process FSE’s payroll on a timely basis
Process, maintain and supervise ISE’s payroll
Promotion and Evaluation
Coordinate, track and input performance appraisals on a timely basis
Proactively initiate performance management coaching.
Additional Key Functions
Maintain and produce regularly scheduled HR reports
Provide feedback, coaching and resources to manager and employees covering the spectrum of business/people needs.
Evaluate company culture and provide recommendations on changes to accomplish company goals.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and mediate workplace disagreements.
Collaborate with the Management Team in planning effective staff meetings and the organization.
Communicate efficiently and constantly with HQ HR related issues
Strategize and coordinate projects, presentations and training, as needed
Develop positive employee relations by responding to all employee questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner
Keep senior management informed of all pertinent issues
Coordinate morale and team building events
Comply with the company’s policy and procedure

Requirements:
5+ experience in Human Resources with generalist exposure to employment processes, employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
Working Knowledge of HR legal compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- RMA issue and inquiry: Clarification of ‘In Warranty’ or ‘Out of Warranty’ and responsibility of defect (LGD or Customer), listen and solve customers’ concerns and issues.
- RMA modification: RMA receipt pending list, RMA sorting pending list, TAT management. Manage long-term pending RMA by communicate with customer (can be cancelled after 30 days of confirmation).
- Reimbursement Management: consult with customer about the unit price of panels, receive invoice from customers, monitoring transfer process and follow up, managing status of whole reimbursement.
- Monitor receipt pending list: cooperate with warehouse and repair team to manage quantities of receipt panels on daily basis
- Managing ‘Out of Warranty’ Repair: consult with customer about the repair price (can be varied depends on defect), generate invoice and remit it to customers, confirm the payment with customers.
- Business trip for solving issues with customers or on-site verification of defect panels.
- Cutting RMA related cost and arrange related issues (transportation, taxes, custom clearances…etc).
- Monthly closing (monitor Out Of Warranty repair charge)
